Simply Amazing. Tiffany quickly became someone I could trust, and now someone we can call a friend. What did she provide and how can that be a benefit to you? 1) Growing up with parents that own and manage rentals in the mountains, she used that knowledge to give experienced advice while directing us toward and away from listings that were a good investment. Although we rented many times in the area, we didn’t know the nuances of specific cities and cabins from an investment angle. She did. 2) She is as patient as you ask her to be. It took us over 2 years to find the perfect property, and she was never pushy because she just wanted a sale. She wanted us to be happy with what we found, and when we said no to her occasion findings, she easily said “well something else will come along”. She was right, it did. 3) She got to know us and what was (and wasn’t) important to us and made (and didn’t make) suggestions accordingly 4) She knows the property buying and selling business from the first meeting until the nuances of negotiating the sale, and even had post sales tips 5) She is a joy to work with. With as many times as we looked at properties with her, she always had a smile and an infectious (but not fake) energy.
